- Conduct and credit Zoom attendance for monthly member calls

Service Providers
We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate our services, including:
- Kajabi — course delivery, enrollment, and payment processing
- HubSpot — customer relationship management
- Zoom — virtual member calls and CE attendance tracking
- Resend — transactional and member email delivery
These providers are authorized to use your information only to perform services on our behalf.
CE Reporting
If you have authorized us to file CE credits on your behalf, we will share your name, license number, designation, and completion information with the applicable state licensing authority or CE administrator.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ARPI, our members, or the public.
Business Transfers
